11/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 11/2 tsp cinnamon.

Combine 11/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl mix vegetable oil, milk, and egg, stirring well until egg is mixed through. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and stir lightly until blended. Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin tins to the top.

Crumb Topping.... Put 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 11/2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl and add 1/4 cup butter. Mix with fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over top of each muffin. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
