Garlic powder
Onion powder
Coarse ground black pepper
Salt
Parsley flakes (dried)
Thyme (dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425º. Cut potatoes into 1/2" wedges (6 to 8 per potato).
Coat entire bottom of non-stick cookie sheet with rimmed edges with olive oil.
Spread potato wedges over entire sheet in single layer, coating both sides of wedges with oil in process.
Combine spices and sprinkle all of it on the potato wedges. Thyme is important to taste, but don't over do it.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes until crispy and golden brown. DO NOT FLIP the wedges, but may want to loosen the fries from the pan after about 15 minutes cooking time. Be sure to use NON-STICK cookie sheet!

* Important to use Yukon Gold potatoes, others will work but not as well.
