1 Package of Country Style Ribs

Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. French's prepared mustard
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Onion in oil until soft
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 min.
3. Brown the country style pork ribs on rack on the broiler (this will get rid a most the fat).
4. Place the ribs in a large baking pan or dish that has a lid.
5. Pour Sauce over the ribs and cover.
6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or until tender.
