1/2 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp brown sugar.

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add vanilla. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture alternately with 1/2 cup milk. Using a spoon, mix 1 tbsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp brown sugar together in a cup until well blended. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the batter and smooth out evenly. Pour remaining batter over this. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
