1 egg
2/3 c milk
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pound ground beef (browned)
1/2 pound ground pork (browned)
3/4 c cooked rice
6 large cabbage leaves
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, onion, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper. Mix well. Add beef, pork and cooked rice. Beat together with fork. Sink cabbage leaves in boiling water 3 minutes until limp. Drain. Slit heavy vein in leaf. Add 1/2 c mixture on leaf and roll inside and tuck ends of leaf under. Place in baking dish. Pour brown sugar, tomato soup and lemon juice over rolls. Cook at 350º covered for one hour. Alternative is to cook for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
