1 15 oz can tomato, whole or diced
2 cloves garlic, whole
1/4 of a large, yellow onion
1 jalapeņo, rinsed and seeded
1/4 c. cilantro, rinsed
1 tbls. chicken bouillon powder
Apple cider vinegar, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except the vinegar into a blender and liquefy. Taste it and add more chicken bouillon if desired. Also, if desired, add some apple cider vinegar and blend again. When it tastes just right, serve it. Enjoy!
