Yellow cake mix:
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbls. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 large handful dark raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except raisins in an electric mixer until smooth. Add raisins and mix in. Pour batter into two 9 inch greased, round baking pans or one 9x13 greased baking pan. Bake in a 375º F oven for 25-30 min. until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 10 min, then remove from pans and cool thoroughly. To serve, just cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy!

This makes a fairly dense cake. If you use cake flour instead of all-purpose flour, it might come out lighter.
