1 ½ cups dark corn syrup
½ cup sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ cups chopped roasted peanuts
1 (9-in) unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat eggs until foamy.
Add corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Continue to beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in peanuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
