16 oz. Spiral Pasta or Spaghetti
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 c. Butter, melted
1/2 c. Milk or Chicken Broth
1 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 can Mushrooms, optional
4 c. Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese, onion, butter and milk; mix well. Add mixture to warm noodles and mix well. Stir in chicken and mushrooms. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted over low heat. Place in 2-1/2 qt. baking dish and top with additional cheddar cheese to garnish (optional). Bake at 350º until heated through.
