Pour approximately 4 cups fresh peaches in 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 c brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle with dry Butter Pecan cake mix; over this pour 1 stick melted butter and 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice.
