2 Eggs beaten
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar

2 T Butter

2 Cups light Cherries
2 Cups Pineapple Tidbits
2 Cups Mandarin Oranges
1 Can Fruit Cocktail, drained
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream, already whipped

Chopped Pecans & Coconut are optional additives....use enough to garnish or more if you mix them in. Add until it looks right...:)

Combine in double boiler the eggs, vinegar & sugar to make the sauce for the salad.
Beat and cook until thickened.

While cooling add Butter.

Once sauced, and cooled down, add remaining ingredients. Cover & Refrigerate for 24 hours.

This is a Pearson family favorite & annual dish for the holidays as it goes well with any poultry.

The vinegar and pineapple give it a tart enough taste to keep it from being too sweet.
