1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 16 oz. Cool Whip
1- can Eagle Brand milk
2 - c. pecans
2 - c. coconut
1 - bottle Caramel syrup topping
2 - 9 inch Graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk; fold in cool whip by hand. Toast coconut and chopped pecans on cookie sheet. Put half of the Cool-Whip and Cream cheese mixture in crust; top with 1/2 of toasted coconut, and pecans; drizzle with caramel syrup on top; repeat with rest of mixture; put on the remaining coconut, pecans and drizzle caramel syrup on top.

Freeze pies. Take out of freezer 20 minutes before serving.
