1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut in cubes)
1 med onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
2 cans Great Northern White Beans (15.5 oz)
1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)
2 cans chopped green chilis (4 oz)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano (dried)
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 c sour cream (fat free works)
1/2 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut into cubes. Put into soup pan with the onion and garlic powder. Add the vegetable oil. Then add beans, broth, chilis and seasonings. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream.

For a hotter chili substitute chilis for chopped jalapeņos. Jim's chili has won 4 chili cook-offs! :-)
