1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 stick melted butter
1-2 cups crushed corn flakes
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter and then in crushed cornflakes. Place on foil lined sheet pan. Repeat with remaining chicken. Pour remaining melted butter over all chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
