Ingredients:  
2 cups cheddar cheese, 4 ounces cream cheese,3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp sherry, dash of celery salt, dash of garlic salt, dash of onion salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until light and fluffy. Add grated cheddar cheese and beat. Add Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and spice. Beat well. Cool in fridge. Roll into a ball. Roll in Parsley or Breton cracker crumbs. (put Breton Crackers in a blender to make crumbs). Serve with a variety of crackers.
