Two recipes of your favorite cornbread
2 cups torn white bread
1/2 cup melted butter
5 cups chicken broth
1 dozen green onions, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
sage to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Break up cornbread and tear white bread into large bowl. Add chopped onions (and chopped celery if using). Add seasonings to taste. Pour butter, eggs and broth over and mix well. Pour all into greased pan and bake about 1 hour at 325º.

Makes12 servings.

Note: If the mixture is too dry, add more broth. Don't start out with a dry mixture because it dries at it cooks.
