1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 cups flour, plus flour to roll out
Mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Stir in 2 cups flour. Knead on well-floured surface working in up to 2 additional cups flour until dough is no longer sticky. Roll paper thin. Cut rounds with a cookie cutter or the edge of a glass. Fill with 1/2 teaspoon of mincemeat. Press edges together to seal. Bake at 350º until golden brown.
