4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 tsp dried Parlsey
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Your choice of seafood:
Cooked bonefree fish, cooked salmon,or shrimp
Your Choice of vegetables:
Left over squash or potatoes pureed,
Egg Plant, Zucchini, 2 T diced Green Pepper, Carrots, Celery, Turnips,

Directions:
Cube cooked fish or flake cooked salmon if you are going to use either of those. Puree optional cooked squash or cooked potatoes. Cube vegetables. Combine broth, parsley, curry powder, salt, your choice of seafood and your choice of vegetables in a pan. Heat on med-low 30 minutes.

I make this whenever I want a light lunch and need to free the refridgerator of all the little saved tidbits of vegetables. Avoid using onions, cabbage, beets or any strong flavored vegetables.
