2 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 TSP SALT
3 C SHREDDED CARROTS
1 C CHOPPED WALNUTS


CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1/4 C BUTTER
2 TSP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
4 C POWDER SUGAR

HEAT OVEN 350º
GREASE 2 8 IN PANS
IN LARGE BOWL BEAT SUGAR, OIL AND EGGS ABOUT 30 SEC ON LOW

ADD FLOUR, CINNAMON, BAKING SODA, VANILLA AND SALT BEAT ON LOW FOR 1 MIN.

STIR IN CARROTS AND NUTS
BAKE 40-45 MIN

FROSTING

BEAT CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER, MILK AND VANILLA ON LOW

GRADUALLY BEAT IN POWDER SUGAR ON LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH

FROST ON COOL CAKE

STORE IN REFRIGERATOR
