1 egg
1/2 shell of water
1 C flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with a fork.
Add a small bit of water it it is too dry.

Drop fork-fulls in boiling water and cook until dough is completely done.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well.
If flat noodles are desired, roll out until thin on a floured pastry cloth.
Cut into thin strips with a pizza cutter or automated noodle cutter.
Dry, then boil in water until done.
Remove with a fork or slotted spoon when done.
