1/3 c. White Sugar
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 c. Half and Half Cream
1 1/2 c. Homogenized Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 c. Cooked Rice
1/4 c. Raisin

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar and cinnamon together in a large heavy-bottom saucepan until blended. Stir in cream, milk and vanilla. Stir in cooked rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, especially as it thickens, for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir in raisins. It should have a thin pudding consistency. Refrigerate until cold. If too thick when chilled, thin with a little milk.
