1 3/4 C flour
2/3 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 C shortening
1 C mashed bananas
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 55-60 minutes at 350º (until a toothpick comes out clean).
