Ingredients:  
6 to 12 Limes or Lemons, peel zested and juice squeezed; for more juice soak fruit in water that has just boiled.
9 c. White Sugar
1 T. Epsom Salts (for internal use, from pharmacy)
1 oz. Tartaric Acid
2 oz. Citric Acid
6 c. Boiling Water
Vegetable Food Colouring - if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add peel and juice and boiling water. Stir and store concentrate in jars in fridge.

To serve, use approximately 2 tablespoons of concentrate per 8 ounce glass of water. Add ice if desired. Concentrate can also be used to make iced tea.
