1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 cups Hungry Jack© Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle mix
1 1/3 cups milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. (2 cups) cooked miniature sausages, thawed

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º F. Place margarine in 15X10X1 inch baking pan; melt in 400º oven just until margarine sizzles, 1 to 2 minutes. Tilt pan or use brush to spread melted margarine evenly over bottom of pan.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, sugar, oil, eggs and parsley flakes. With wire whisk, mix until almost smooth. (Some lumps will still appear.) Pour over margarine in pan. Place sausages evenly over batter.
Bake at 400º F for 11 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into squares. If desired, serve with maple syrup. Serves 10.
