Ingredients:  
1 c. Flour
1 c. Cornmeal
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 T. Sugar
3 Eggs - beateN - do not bruise
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 T. Oil.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Then combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
Combine both of these wet and dry mixtures.
Cook and enjoy. Possible topping combo: butter, brown sugar and lemon juice.
