1 chicken
1 1/2 tsp. salt
water
1 can biscuits
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water that has been salted. Simmer until meat is tender. Remove chicken, skin, de-bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside or return to the water the chicken was cooked in. Cut each biscuit into fourths, roll in flour and drop in hot boiling stock. Cover very closely and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until dumplings are done.
