1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 10 oz pkg frozen cauliflower
1/3 C chopped onion
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 C water
1/4 tsp gr mace
3 C skim milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 C shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli and cauliflower with onion and chicken bouillon in water for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Do no drain. Put in blender until smooth. Return all to pan. Add milk and and cornstarch. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir another 1-2 minute. Add cheese and stir until melted.
