Ingredients:
1 c. butter
6 T. heavy Cream
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter well, add cream, salt and flour. Roll out as for donuts and cut with small donut cutter. Bake at 375º. Roll in sugar when taken off baking sheet.
There is no baking time associated with this, you want to bake until just before they get brown. You don't want them to brown. I would say 5-8 min probably. We don't use donut cutters. We use very small circle cutters, one for the larger outer circle and a smaller one for the hole in the middle. They are supposed to be little.

This is a recipe from my Great Great Grandma Ruth Bengtson and Kristi Mueller Bonfigt's favorite cookies!
