2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda

Frosting:
1 c. white sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Put the sugar, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Boil margarine, water, cocoa, and oil until melted. Pour over dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, sour milk, and soda. Bake in a jelly roll pan at 375º for 20 minutes. When cooled, frost.

Frosting:
Bring the sugar, milk, and margarine to a boil. Stir in chocolate chips.
