Any type of beef roast
1 envelope of Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Additional mushrooms if you wish
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Top with can of cream of mushroom soup. Add mushrooms if you wish.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Bingo! Meat and gravy in one dish!!
