1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz or Townhouse)
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
5 strips of bacon cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Add milk, sage, salt and pepper.
Add beef, cracker crumbs, 1 cup of the cheese, and onions. Mix and form into a loaf.
Place in baking pan. Arrange bacon pieces on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
