½ cup butter
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ¾ cups sugar

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup buttermilk (or ½ cup milk and 1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar)
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Kosher salt
4 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp cinnamon

2 cups grated zucchini (skin and all)
½ to 2/3 of an 11-oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients after sifting them together. Beat well. Add zucchini last and mix evenly. Put in a 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done.
