1 14-oz pkg shredded coconut flakes
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites and salt and beat until medium stiff peaks form.

In big bowl combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Gently fold in egg whites.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter by teaspoonful (usually 12 per cookie sheet in 1½-inch round spoonfuls) and put in 325 oven for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
