1 stick butter
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 pound powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 T marshmellow fluff
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a heavy sauce pan. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Using a candy thermometer, bring the mixture to a soft boil, 237 degrees. Place pan in cool water and mix in fluff and vanilla. Beat mixture until firm. Pour into a 9 inch square pan and refrigerate until it hardens (several hours).
