2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C butter, frozen, cut in 6 pieces
1 tsp salt
1/3 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Position knife blade in bowl of food processor.
Add flour, salt and butter.
Process until particles resemble coarse crumbs, about 15 seconds.
Add water all at once through the food chute with processor running.
Process until dough forms a ball, NO MORE than 20-30 seconds.
If dough does not form a ball, stop Processor, remove knife blade and shape dough into a ball with your hands.
Chill 1/2 hour, for easier handling.
Divide into two parts, roll into pie crusts using floured cloth and pin.
