1 1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 c shortening (1/2 lard and 1/2 crisco)
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/3 t soda
1/2 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, egg and shortening. Add alternately with sour cream to above: flour, salt, and soda. Mix well. Drop from heaped teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet..Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each. Bake 350 oven. 9 10 min.
