2/3 cup sugar 3 bananas
2 T corn starch
2 T flour
1/8 t salt
2 c milk
3 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar with corn starch, flour and salt. Add HOT milk. mix ..Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add well beaaten egg yolks. Cook 1 minute longer. Cool slightly. Cover bottom of baked pastry shell with 1 1/2 sliced banana. Mix. Slice other 1 1/2 banana into
pudding mix. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream; or meringue.
MERINGUE
Beat 3 egg whites stiff. Gradually beat in 6 T sugar. Spread meringue on pie and seal edges of crust with meringue. Bake in hot oven 425 for 4 to 5 minutes or til meringue is slightly brown. Serve cold.
