2 lbs Potatoes (4 medium), peeled and cut into thin slices
1 lb Wieners. sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 3/4 Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Lay 1/2 of potato in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Layer wiener cheese and remaining potato.
Measure flour, onion powder, salt and pepper into medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Heat and stir until boiling and thickened. Pour over casserole. Poke down a few time with knife to allow sauce to penetrate without disturbing layers. Cover. Bake in 350ºF oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover. Bake for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
