1 lb ground hot Italian sausage
2 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
9 or10 eggs
2 C milk
bread, torn into pieces
few dashes each of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with Pam.

Cover the bottom of the dish with crumbled bread pieces.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Spread sausage on top of bread.
Cover sausage layer with cheese.
Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour over top and cover.
Chill overnight.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour covered and another 1/2 hour uncovered.
