2/3 cup butter 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar 2 cups flour
1 egg 2 cups coconut
1 cup milk 1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking Powder 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter. Add sugar and egg. Beat well. Add milk and vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients. Add to the butter mixture alternately with milk. Add chocolate chips. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full to full. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
