6 slices white bread
3/4 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
1 qt milk
6 eggs

Directions:

Cube each slice bread into 9 pieces
Grease 9 x 13 pan
layer all bread in casserole pan
sprinkle cheese over bread
beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bread and cheese
Let set at least 4 hours or overnight
Bake at 350º for 1 hour
