1 box oven-ready lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground meat; turkey, chicken or lean hamburger
4 green onions
2-4 cloves garlic
1-500 ml cottage cheese
4 eggs
2 cans spaghetti sauce
2 c. raw veggies
1 1/2 c shredded cheese, mozzarella & old cheddar

Directions:
Cook meat and drain any grease. Add onions, garlic and season to taste. Chop raw vegetables or throw in blender and add to sauce and meat mixture.
Separately blend together eggs and cottage cheese
In two 9"x13" pans, layer the following: meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, shredded cheese--REPEAT. Pour a little sauce over the top layer.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
