2 c. flour
3 1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick + 6 Tbsp margarine, divided
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or milk soured with vinegar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk chocolate chips (do not use semi-sweet)
6 Tbsp milk
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and 2 cups of sugar. In saucepan, combine 1 stick margarine, oil, cocoa, and water. Bring to a boil, and pour over flour mixture, beat well. Mix baking soda into the buttermilk or sour milk, and add to batter along with eggs and vanilla. Beat well and pour into a greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 min. Set aside to cool.
For frosting: combine remaining 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 Tbsp margarine, and 6 Tbsp milk in small saucepan. Boil 30 seconds. Remove from heat, add milk chocolate chips, beat until smooth, and pour over cake (ok if cake still warm) spreading with butter knife or spatula. Frosting will set when cool.
