2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin

Cream Cheese Frosting
4 c. powder sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon set aside.
In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or two 9 x 13" pans.
Bake 350º for 25-30 minutes, cool completely before frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together powder sugar, cream cheese and butter. Gradually add the milk and vanilla until smooth and spreadable. Frost cooled bars.
