3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix butter, cocoa and sugar. In another bowl whisk together eggs and vanilla. Combine the two together. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.
Form 1" balls, roll in powder sugar, bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
