1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Make well in centre and pour in milk. Stir gradually, then beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add cold water; beat until mixture is bubbly on top. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Put batter in piping hot greased muffin pans. Bake in hot oven, 400º F for 30 minutes.
