3/4 c. shortening 1 tsp baking soda
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. Honey 2 c. quick cook oats
1 egg 1 c. seedless raisins
1 1/4 c. plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add honey, then egg. Cream until mixture is well blended. Mix flour, soda, salt together. Add to creamed mixture, stirring well. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 mins. Let cool.
