3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped peanuts (optional, I omit)

Directions:

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts. Spread into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

This is a huge favorite of ours. They are very temperamental when cooking. I add a little more flour than called for. They tend to be a little doughy in the middle due to the peanut butter not lack of cooking. They are very yummy!
