2 cans (6-1/2 oz each) crab meat,
1/2 c tarragon vinegar,
1/2 c mayonnaise,
3 T chopped pimento,
2 T chopped green onions with tops,
1 t salt,
1/2 t freshly ground pepper, and
2 t drained capers
Assorted chips, crackers or raw vegetables

Drain crab meat. Remove any remaining shell or cartilage. Flake the crab meat. Pour vinegar over crab meat. Chill for 30 minutes. Drain. Add mayonnaise, pimento, onion, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with capers. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
