Drippings from a pork roast (about 4 Cups)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Flour
1 tbls Beef in a Mug
1 tsp Hot Mustard
1/4 to 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour drippings into a pot or just leave them in the roaster over medium heat
Combine together Flour, Beef in a Mug, Hot Mustard and Brown Sugar mix with water until it is smooth, use enough water so it can pour easy,
Add the mixture to the drippings stir together until the drippings become thick.
As it is thickening taste test to see if you need to add more Spices, Salt, Pepper or Brown Sugar
When the drippings are as think as you would like then strain into a bowl
You now have your Gravy
